Dubai-based Al Shirawi Interiors was awarded the contract for the complete interior fit-out of the Cityland Mall, the world’s first natured-inspired shopping destination taking shape in Dubai.

Al Shirawi Interiors will fit-out 450,000 sq.ft. of space including all entrances, pavilions, hypermarket, and washrooms. Construction of Cityland Mall is being monitored by HILL International as the Project Managers with the project scheduled for completion in Q4 2018.

The $330mn retail project is the brainchild of Cityland Group, the creator, and operator of Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden.The circular-shaped mall will have over 350 stores spread across 11ha It will also feature an 18,580sqm open-air garden that will serve as the epicentre of the mall in terms of both architecture and its anchoring role.
