ISG announces the completion of du’s new headquarters in Dubai. The new du headquarters is housed in a seven-storey standalone building in Dubai Hills Business Park. It includes 140,000sqft of high-end office and recreational space for the company’s 1,000 employees.

ISG brought to life the Blauhaus Group design in 20-weeks, adopting the latest activity-based workplace solutions in line with du Workplace and Technical Building Requirements policies. ISG’s scope included engineering services, procurement of materials, complete fit-out, and interior solutions. The 20-week project was delivered to the highest standards reflecting ISG’s commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Steve Ramsden, managing director, Southeast Asia & Middle East, ISG commented: “du’s new HQ is undoubtedly among the most prestigious offices delivered in the UAE this year and we are delighted to be among a consortium of noteworthy consultants trusted with delivering it. Amidst changing workplace dynamics, du must be commended for investing heavily in future-forward spaces for its employees, providing them with not only a state-of-the-art environment but also one that fosters collaboration, engagement and growth. ”

Adil Amin, head of interior design, Bluehaus Group said “The Bluehaus Group team were delighted to be selected by du as the trusted Design Consultants for their new Headquarters. We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the du team to materialise their inspirational vision for the space which supports their transformation to a key player in digital telecommunications through design, culture, productivity, and employee wellbeing. Revealing our design using Virtual Reality was an exciting moment! Our in-group Interior Designers, MEP Engineers worked seamlessly with specialist consultants and ISG, and we are proud of the outcome.”

To deliver this landmark corporate office project, ISG worked closely with 66 of its key supply chain partners, covering a range of specialisations including MEP, joinery, acoustics, and others. At the height of the project, 721 workers were on site with a total of 550,000-man hours competed without incidents. ISG’s advanced project procurement plans were instrumental in achieving such a fast-track delivery under a non-negotiable client deadline. ISG was also commended by du for communicating effectively with all stakeholders and maintaining transparency throughout the duration of the project. This resulted in ISG receiving scores of 9/10 on teamwork and communications on their Customer Satisfaction (CX) reviews completed at key stages of the project.
