The region’s leading eyewear luxury retailer MAGRABi celebrated the reopening of its flagship store in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates; an event during which the latest Chanel collection of eyewear was unveiled. The store opening is the latest in a collection of new and uplifted stores for 2022.

Earlier this year, MAGRABi announced an investment of Dh84m across 57 stores in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Kuwait. The Mall of the Emirates store opening event was attended by VIP clients, fashion & lifestyle influencers as well as representatives from the press, all eager to discover the premium customer experience at MAGRABi.

The brand-new store follows a thoroughly considered concept which MAGRABi is rolling out across the region, to offer clients a seamlessly unique eyewear experience. Indeed, the company has always set itself apart in the optical industry in the way it treats vision as both a science and an art. And this is very much apparent in the new concept, designed with global leader in brand consulting “LANDOR” in London, UK, and led by MAGRABi’s VP of Marketing Cherine Magrabi.

“Launching brand new stores is part of MAGRABi’s commitment to always deliver unparalleled customer experience and service, and exclusivity in offering, while keeping ahead of emerging trends. We have a unique opportunity to reinvent the category, and the Mall of the Emirates store does not disappoint,” said Cherine.

The store opening saw a special showcasing of the latest collection by Chanel eyewear, which is currently featured as brand of the month at MAGRABi. As the region’s leading address for premium luxury fashion eyewear, MAGRABi curates the most coveted eyewear collections and carries several exclusive brands, such as Balmain, Akoni, David Beckham, Miu Miu, EYE’M and Valentino.

The flagship store in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates is a testament to the lifestyle approach MAGRABi has been giving to eyewear retail, with its innovative design integrating a new central area serving the lifestyle needs of clients, including a special range of accessories, a dedicated Colour Contact Lens Beauty Bar showcasing MAGRABi’s own Leïla & Leïla brand.

In 2017, Forbes named Mall of the Emirates as one of the top five shopping malls in Dubai, and with MAGRABi winning twice the MAJID AL FUTAIM MAF 5 stars award, this reopening consolidates the special relationship between the brand and the developer.

Much more than a mere eyewear retailer, MAGRABi designs a unique and memorable shopping experience that emotionally engages the loyalty of its clients. It is an avant-garde world of eyewear, a place where expertise meets forward fashion.

Amin Magrabi, MAGRABi Retail Group CEO, commented: “We are committed to introducing fresh & unique experiences to always elevate the services we provide to our valued clients. MAGRABi stores are indeed the epitome of our culture and mission, which is to lead the transformation of the category from medical to lifestyle.”

“Retail is ever evolving, and MAGRABi always keeps up with the evolutions of the market and offers solutions to the clients demands,” concludes Cherine Magrabi. “We look forward to continuing to reinvent the industry and providing our clients with a truly unique retail experience.”
