EDGE is a firm that specialises in architecture, masterplanning, interior design, and project management. Martin Baerschmidt is its managing director and founder. EDGE was founded in June 2009.

In the past year, EDGE served as the Lead Design Consultant (LDC) for the new 440-seat NOBU restaurant at Atlantis the Palm, as well as providing a leading developer with the Concept Design for a G+42 Tower in Business Bay. Currently, EDGE is working on two additional towers of a comparable height along the Dubai Water Canal for a February 2023 sales launch.

Projects like 1/JBR, a 2B+G+46 Residential Tower for Dubai Properties that nearly doubled the selling price per square foot of any other project in Dubai, were undertaken by EDGE as Lead Design Consultant (LDC) projects.

In the hospitality sector, EDGE is working on the nearly finished hotel towers in Business Bay for Hilton and Holiday Inn (IHG). More than two years ago, the Revier Hotel was successfully handed over to the client.
