Devaganga is the senior project manager of OBMI, and she has extensive expertise in managing and directing large-scale projects all over the world.

With over 20 years of experience, she has an exceptional portfolio that includes worldwide projects in the hospitality, retail, multi-residential, and educational sectors, as well as managing multidisciplinary teams of approximately 100 people and building developments worth more than four billion AED.

Her experience as project manager over the design of the New York University in Abu Dhabi covered a gross area of 370,600sqm.
She expertly guided her team to develop and execute a scope that divided the university into multi-use levels with a pedestrian-oriented network of 29 academic, residential, student, and research buildings.

Her strong relationship management and communication skills contributed to the premier government entities and officials such as the City of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Road Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai-Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, Urban Planning Council (UPC), the Abu Dhabi and Dubai-Abu Dhabi Civil Aviation.

She most recently headed teams for a number of heritage projects in Saudi Arabia.

As a woman leading significant projects in her industry, Devaganga recognises and promotes the need for her peers to have a seat at the table.

She also understands the importance of women in leadership roles and strongly supports activities that develop and promote gender equality in the industry.

Among her notable projects are the Oasis Luxury Hotel in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Palm Tower in Palm Jumeirah Dubai, and the Bloom Gardens in Abu Dhabi.
