The last 12 months for ALEC FITOUT has seen its most successful year since establishing as part of the ALEC Group in 2009. In a very challenging market, the team has delivered a wide variety of luxury fit-out, refurbishment and new build solutions for our valued clientele whilst also ensuring record turnover and profit for the business. ALEC FITOUT completed three large-scale luxury fit-out projects in Dubai in the last 12 months —Marina Gate, Dubai Marina; Skyviews Luxury Development, Downtown; and Waldorf Astoria, DIFC. ALEC FITOUT integrates an HSE culture in the business, and they are committed to continuously improving the HSE performance standards both within our company as well as the industry. Varying methods are used to educate staff on HSE.

The teams continue to develop and build strong collaborative and professional working relationships with leading local and global interior design consultants – working closely together to ensure beautiful designs are released to a high-quality and within budget for clients and developers.
