With this approach, the team created the prominent AAS Villa, and this year it was recognised by the experts at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards as the winner in the category of Best Luxury Villa Interior Design in Qatar.

Creative Design Studio, Casa Lujo Interiors was launched in 2022 with its Team consisting of professionals with an extensive experience in Architecture and Interior Design. The Studio’s founders, Shaikha Al-Sulaiti and Cathrine Dela Cruz, realised their combined passion in creating exceptional and unparalleled designs that take designing spaces to next level of Interiors. The Team offers exceptional living spaces, designed, constructed, and meticulously planned to maximise contemporary living requirements while emphasising their Clients’ tastes. The award-winning AAS Villa project effectively embodied the principles of the Studio’s approach to Interior Design. AAS Villa is an upscale 1,200-square-meter property located in Doha where Casa Lujo Interiors was assigned in renovating the Interior of an existing villa in accordance with the new requirements of the Client. The Client wanted a design that can fit in well with the existing calacatta book-matched marble flooring and panelled walls. The selection of the furniture was carefully curated to allow for a symbiotic setting of overall modest tones, textures, and accent materials that adds depth and interest to the overall Interior Design of AAS Villa.
