- Dedicated space for specialist contract sector exhibitors to be sited next to Tomás Alía’s ‘Hotel Hábitat’ installation on Level 3, Hall 3.
‘Contract 360’ is taking off. The new venture Feria Hábitat València has embarked upon, hand in hand with Feria Valencia’s other specialist interiors fair, Maderalia, to create a new section specialising in solutions for contract projects, is turning out to be a huge success. So much so that almost all the exhibition space set aside for it on Level 3 of Hall 3 at Feria Valencia, is already almost booked out.
What this means is that Hábitat’s new exhibit zone will be featuring almost 50 exhibitors, all on the same turnkey stand format and all focusing exclusively on showing new products and innovations. In this regard, the aim of gathering high level companies from sectors beyond the classic furniture, textiles, décor and lighting, has been achieved in spades, with a broad multi-sector spectrum of products and services for contract specifiers and professionals – a new space that will offer an array of different solutions for their projects.
The latest additions to ‘Contract 360’ prove the point, especially in the field of coverings and surfaces, with manufacturers that have come on board in the last few weeks including names such as Cosentino, one of the leading producers of innovative and sustainable added value surfaces
Others that have confirmed they will be joining the ‘Contract 360’ show include natural flooring and paving provider Lico Ibérica and brands from the world of ceramic tiles such as Maora Ceramic, which specializes in natural clay; designer ceramic tile brand Palo Rosa; tile specialist Tiles in Mind; leading technical porcelain coverings manufacturer Undefasa, and specialist metallic tile manufacturer Roced.
The bathroom equipment sector will also be a major presence in the ‘Contract 360’ zone, as demonstrated by the recent incorporation of companies such as Bathco, which offers a wide range of bathroom solutions; specialist designer mirror manufacturer Miss Mirror; and one of the sector’s leading players, Poalgi. One of the trendsetters in the field of taps, Ramón Soler. Strohm Teka, has also confirmed it will be participating, offering global solutions for bathrooms.
Innovative solutions for the contract channel
More specific solutions for projects will also have their place in this new exhibition zone at Hábitat. In this regard, new brand Ziclick signed up recently. Ziclick was born out of the synergies between leading manufacturers Finsa and Simon and offers innovative modular E-panel systems for spaces.
Other notable additions to ‘Contract 3630’ are Ecolay, with its mortars and paints for interiors; lighting sector solutions providers Sensio and Fede Switch & Light; garden, terrace and contract projects products supplier Herstera Garden and bioclimatic pergola manufacturer SIX96 by Codeval.
All of these companies, along with those that had confirmed their participation earlier, will have the opportunity to be selected to be a part of Hábitat 2025’s star project, the ‘Barracas’ installation by Tomás Alía for ‘Hotel Hábitat’, that will include a series of customised suites styled by different prestigious designers.
A unique offering with international pulling power.
