Interior design and fit-out firm, Zen Studio, were part of the prestigious Formula E, Grand Prix project in Riyadh. Their scope of work included the design, execution, and handover of Emotion Club and the Premium Hospitality.

From December 13-15, 2018, Ad Dariyah, Saudi Arabia witnessed three days of Formula E races, live music from international singers and bands. Ad Diriyah is the first home of Formula E in the Middle East and ushered in the fifth season of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. Wael Kaakani, project manager at Zen Studio, says: “My role as a project manager for the fit-out work was to make sure that we provide an unrivalled experience to all VIP guests during the race and concerts at the Emotion Club and the Premium Hospitality. We had limited time and we completed our work within 17 days. We had to divide our team between on and off-site work, extended working hours and made sure we deliver the project within our timeframe with quality standards to meet Formula E team expectations.”
