Finasi’s furniture showroom in Dubai Design District features furniture from exclusive brand partnerships with various high-end European furniture brands, including Armani/Casa, FIAM, FLOU, Zanotta, ColombinioCasa, Gufram, GandiaBlasco, UnoPiu, and LiuJo. Driven by a highly skilled and vastly creative team in fit-out solutions, Finasi is committed to creating high-profile, innovative designs while ensuring construction excellence. Finasi has been involved in various sectors, including commercial, hospitality, retail, health- care, and F&B, with a focus on ensuring the clients’ journey from concept to delivery.

Some of its successful projects include 11 Woodfire restaurant, AMG showroom, Westlodge, and Alaya. Finasi offers a Design and Build solution for the residential sector in landscaping, delivering a wide range of solutions for all landscaping requirements such as pools, water features, hardscape, softscape, pergolas, gazebos, outdoor kitchen, fences, gates, planting, irrigation, drainage, and outdoor lighting. Finasi’s state-of-the-art joinery is located in DIP along with the metal and glass workshop. The joinery uses cutting-edge European technology to ensure the highest quality of production and delivery.

The joinery is structured and equipped to cater and deliver premium service to clients in a variety of industries such as residential, F&B, commercial, bespoke projects, and large-scale developments focusing on kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and doors with the Al Barari Developer. Finasi was able to participate as an interior contractor at Expo 2020, work- ing on two pavilions, thanks to its commitment to excellence and extensive know-how gained over the years. The Finland and Netherlands pavilions both had exceptional success as a result of this opportunity.

The Netherlands pavilion won several honours, including “Sustainable Construction – Project of the Year.” The Finnish pavilion, a magnificent design called “Gorge” fea- tured beautiful woodwork around the pavilion’s interiors, executed by Finasi’s creative team. Finasi has partnered with Dietmar Kautschitz (SPI) once again to lend its expertise and knowledge to the IP participants at Expo 2025 in Osaka-Kansai, Japan, leveraging the experience Finasi gained from participating in Dubai’s “World’s Greatest Show.” Finasi, as always, is eager to break down barriers and overcome new challenges in future projects while leading the design and fit-out world.
