Laurent Farge, a highly skilled Managing Director with a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Commercial & Strategic Marketing. He brings over 24 years of expertise in luxury interior fit-outs across Europe, the Middle East, and the GCC. His leadership has been pivotal in establishing ALEC FITOUT as a prominent brand in the region. Laurent oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring quality delivery, timely completion, and business profitability. He holds a comprehensive skill set, including strong negotiation skills, relationship-building, team management, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Laurent’s notable projects include the National History Museum Exhibition Fit Out, UAE, Diriyah Gate Experience Centre Design & Build, KSA, and One&Only, One Zabeel – ultra-luxury hotel & service apartments, UAE. With a history of successful endeavours, Laurent continues to lead ALEC FITOUT with a focus on delivering excellence, maintaining client relations, and expanding geographically. His previous employment history includes roles as Area Manager and Project Manager at Kocache Enterprises, UAE, showcasing a wealth of experience in the industry
