Originally established as a boutique shopfitter in Dubai, Alpha Nero has evolved into a multi-disci- plinary team of over 250 experts, delivering end-to- end solutions that include design engineering, build, and post-delivery insights. Simon’s leadership philos- ophy emphasises proactive problem-solving, sustain- ability integration, and precision in execution—a mindset that earned him the SME CEO Middle East Award in 2022.
Alpha Nero’s approach is rooted in data, design, and delivery. Their proprietary in-house climate technol- ogy is the first of its kind in the region, offering full- scope carbon tracking and GHG-certified reporting on every project. As the only shopfitter in the Middle East to offer such tools, they empower brands to align their physical presence with ESG goals. In 2024, Alpha Nero showcased its carbon accounting software at LVMH’s prestigious Life in Store Awards in Paris.
Noteworthy recent work includes the Meta World Headquarters at the Opus Tower, Dubai, and the first standalone Diptyque boutique in Saudi Arabia. Their work spans sectors like herit- age retail, travel retail, luxury hospitality, experiential pop-ups, and lifestyle spaces, demonstrating Alpha Nero’s versatility and vision.
