Fit-Out Powerlist 2025 – HAVELOCK ONE, Rank 4th

For over 25 years, Havelock One has been deliv- ering some of the region’s most admired spaces. With seven offices across five countries and a 520,000 sq. ft. factory in Bahrain, the company has completed over 9,000 projects across hospitality, luxury retail, commercial, entertainment, high-end residential, and more. From flagship boutiques to five- star resorts and complex commercial fit-outs, Havelock One is known for its precision, quality, and problem-solving mindset.
The business has expe- rienced strong growth in recent years, taking on larger and more complex projects across its markets. In Saudi Arabia, Havelock One continues to be a dominant player, with recent highlights including the Kimpton Hotel and a major multi-floor com- mercial fit-out in the King Abdullah Financial District. In the UAE, the company delivered the high-end restaurant China Tang at The Lana Promenade, successfully translating the elegance of the Mayfair original into a local context. It also completed its first luxury resort renovation at Aldhafra Vignette Collec- tion, upgrading nearly 100 rooms, suites, and public areas.
Looking ahead, Havelock One is involved in several high-profile projects that signal a strong future. These include The Avenues Khobar, an ambitious mixed-use development currently underway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where Havelock One has been appointed as the front-of-house fit-out contractor for this 8.8 million sq. ft. lifestyle destination. Other key projects include the 300,000+ sq. ft. renovation of Kingdom Centre Mall in Riyadh—being delivered while the mall remains fully operational—as well as 200,000 sq. ft. of gues- trooms and public areas for the Four Seasons Jeddah.
“AS THE REGION CONTINUES TO INVEST IN WORLD-CLASS DESTINATIONS, THE DEMAND FOR FIT-OUT PARTNERS WHO CAN DELIVER AT SCALE, WITHOUT COMPROMISING ON QUALITY, HAS NEVER BEEN GREATER . AT HAVELOCK ONE, WE SEE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP RAISING THE BAR FOR WHAT’S POSSIBLE IN OUR INDUSTRY.”
