HTS Interiors is a leading design and build firm established by Nitin Nadukandy in 2011. Over the past 14 years, it has transformed into one of the region’s fastest-growing, fit-out companies. To date, HTS Interiors has delivered over 500 projects, constructing more than two million square feet of space across diverse sectors such as commercial office, retail, and hospitality. Over the past five years, HTS Interiors has delivered several high-profile projects that reflect extensive across-diverse sectors. Notable highlights include the Eagle Hills Office in Abu Dhabi, the striking Thai-land and Uzbekistan Pavilions at Expo 2020, and the dynamic Yas Holding Office in Marina Plaza. The firm also completed the LVMH Head Office in Dubai Design District, Meta World at the iconic Opus Tower, and the Office Square Co-working space at Aldar HQ in Abu Dhabi. Each project showcases HTS Interiors’ ability to blend functionality with aesthetic excellence.
HTS Interiors marked a significant milestone with the opening of its first Abu Dhabi office at the end of 2024. Since then, the firm has undertaken several prestigious projects in the capital and continues to expand rapidly, fueled by strong client demand and a clear growth strategy.
