Our Interiors and Join- ery divisions have a team of 230 staff and 1,000 highly skilled operatives. Along with our in-house MEP division, we ensure that we maintain control and quality of all critical packages required to guarantee successful delivery.

Ongoing projects include the refurbishment of the iconic Meydan Hotel and the extension of Heri- ot-Watt University. The team is also executing the refurbishment of six ex- clusive villas at the Bulgari Hotel and the royal villa fit-out at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. In addition, they are delivering the fit-out of 24 high-end villas and a clubhouse, F&B refur- bishments at the Royal Atlantis, and both villa and F&B fit-outs at the highly anticipated Wynn Resort.

Khansaheb Interiors has earned multiple industry accolades, including Fit-Out Project of the Year for One Za’abeel – The Link (Design ME Awards 2024), and Refur- bishment Project of the Year for Bab Al Shams (Design ME Awards 2023). The company was also named Fit-Out Firm of the Year by Construction Innovation Awards (2024) and CID Hospitality Awards (2023), with additional recognition for The Dubai Mall project such as Fit Out Project of the Year (Design Middle East Awards 2022), as well as winning the Fit-Out Contractor of the Year award in 2022 (CW).

In addition to ensuring successful project deliv- ery and upholding the highest safety standards, Khansaheb Interiors continues to adopt and integrate the latest tech- nology and best practice into every process and procedure. Currently Interiors use the latest techniques to off-site manufacture / modularize all gypsum and joinery prod- ucts minimizing the installation time on site and improving the quality of the finished product.

Through the early adoption of the cloud, the company removed reliance on physical locations and on-premises equipment and embraced mobile technology. With the implementation of integrated digital systems, it has migrated all support services to digital platforms whilst maintaining “one version of the truth”- which has several benefits- both upstream to clients and downstream to our subcon- tractors.
