Zeid Maoulawi is the Founder and Creative Director of Villa & More (VM), a design and build firm redefining what it means to create and deliver luxury homes in today’s world. With over 15 years of experience across archi- tecture, interiors, and execution, Zeid launched the company with a singular purpose: to eliminate the disconnect between design, construction, and client satisfaction.

In iconic districts such as Palm Jumei- rah, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, and Dis- trict One, ultra-high-net-worth individu- als are no longer simply seeking beautiful designs — they demand a seamless, stress-free experience. Traditional mod- els often burden them with managing disconnected designers, contractors, and consultants. 2024 was a defining year for VM. The firm doubled its team, expanded its mul- ti-villa footprint, and received multiple international awards for architecture, landscape, and interior design. Now, in 2025, Zeid is leading the next evolution.

VM has integrated AI-powered solutions to enhance design efficien- cy, material intelligence, and project phasing. At the same time, it is launching VM Atelier, a design-led development model tailored for the Levant, rooted in cultural context yet built with the same Dubai-caliber quality and speed.
