Have a look at Imkan’s Pixel show apartment at Makers District Sales Centre on Reem Island
IMKAN, has announced the opening of the Pixel show apartment at its recently opened beach-front Makers District Sales Centre.
Located on Reem Island, IMKAN’s Makers District development is the UAE’s newest mixed-use hub that is expected to prove a magnet for creatives, entrepreneurs and innovators. Located in the contemporary Sales Centre, the fully furnished Pixel show apartment is a typical one-bedroom unit that will be available within the seven-tower community. The apartment has been appointed to create a simple, relaxing, modern interior space, reflecting the project’s vision for stunning homes and inspiring architecture, all set within a dynamic urban environment.
Residents of Pixel will be able to call an architectural masterpiece home. IMKAN’s team of architects, designers and placemakers have surpassed themselves to deliver a truly unique and diverse living experience. With harmony between its open and closed spaces a chief consideration of the development from its inception, the entire community has been designed in partnership with award-winning Dutch architectural firm MVRDV.
Once complete, Pixel will be home to 525 contemporary apartments ranging from studios to four-bedrooms. A mixed-use development, Pixel will also house boutique office units and retail and F&B outlets across the entire ground floor of the fully pedestrianised central plaza, creating a vibrant and dynamic working and living hub.
“Putting the human experience first is the philosophy at the core of IMKAN’s operations. This is transparent not only with our construction agenda, but also with the internationally-renowned companies we choose to partner with. A main element of IMKAN’s unique approach involves harmonising communal spaces such as parks, paths and parking areas, with private residential spaces, resulting in an ergonomic community-based design which seamlessly integrates all components,” said Nigel Craddock, IMKAN design director.
Pixel is scheduled for final completion in 2021.
