Havelock One Interiors is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom McEvoy as Division Director – Commercial – KSA, reinforcing the company’s commitment to expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia. With a career spanning over 28 years in the construction industry, Tom brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, strategy, and business growth.

As Division Director of Commercial, Tom will focus on scaling up Havelock One’s commercial office and retail sectors in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the company’s ambitious growth strategy in the region. His expertise will be instrumental in further strengthening Havelock One’s position as a trusted partner for high-value fit-out and manufacturing projects.

Tom joins Havelock One after a decade with Willmott Dixon Interiors, where he served as Director of Operations in a national role. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in expanding the business, leading restructuring and regional expansion efforts.

Prior to this, Tom held senior positions at ISG Construction, Cuffe PLC, and YJL London Ltd, leading large-scale projects across commercial, hospitality, leisure, education, and healthcare sectors. His track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams and delivering sustainable growth through innovation makes him a strong addition to Havelock One’s leadership team.
