Hunter & Barrel, the award-winning Australian steakhouse, bar and lounge, has announced it will open at a third location in the UAE, bringing its high-end casual dining concept to Millennium Hotel, situated in the brand-new Mirdif Hills district.

Celebrated for their incredible steaks, Hunter & Barrel is fast becoming known as the best steakhouse in Dubai. The renowned restaurant offers high-quality charcoal grilled meats with fresh, plentiful vegetables, and exceptional barrel-aged craft beverages, all while maintaining a culinary and thematic homage to ancestral hunter-gatherer techniques through a mouth-watering menu of sharing platters perfect for communal dining.

Following the established popularity of branches at Vida Hills in Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s Yas Bay Waterfront, Hunter & Barrel’s new Mirdif venue will open in April and serve up to 150 guests.

Through the launch of the two previous locations and a temporary presence at Expo 2020, the new Mirdif venue solidifies Hunter & Barrel’s presence in the UAE. Perfect for lunch or dinner with either friends or family of all ages, the popular restaurant’s Young Hunters menu complements the extensive a la carte food and beverage offerings.
Chef Kamil Bouloot, Head of Culinary and Operations at Hunter & Barrel, curated an exclusive menu for the Middle East that includes a wide range of dishes. Hunter’s Sharing Platter features an assortment of open fire prawns, smoky chicken wings, three cheese dip and spicy calamari, while steak lovers can enjoy a range of cuts, including a huge 1.3kg tomahawk or 700g angus T-bone for communal sharing.

Meanwhile, guests have the option to enjoy Hunter & Barrel’s Business Lunch, which includes Beef Scallopine, Chicken Avocado, or Fire-Butterfly Prawns, along with a daily dessert special and a soft drink. The Hunter & Barrel 3 O’clock beverage club is the extra-long, extra-generous twist on the traditional happy hour, between 3-7pm guests can enjoy barrel-aged cocktails and premium craft drinks everyday across all three permanent locations, Hunter & Barrel is the perfect spot for a post-work sundowner.
