Property developer KOA has launched Dubai’s first membership-based workspace and social club called Nasab in Al Barari. Nasab members are part of a new breed of professionals who travel in style, appreciate upscale environments, work remotely and have a smaller division between their personal and professional lives.
Carefully planned over three floors of open-air loft house architecture, Nasab combines the age-old desire for exclusivity with a more relaxed atmosphere tailored to contemporary lifestyles. Nasab will offer private offices and open desk spaces meeting rooms, full office amenities and services, a photography studio, members-only fitness studio, a meditation room, high altitude studio, multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces three food and beverage outlets, a screening room, spa facilities, library, gallery space, and an event-friendly roof space with infinity pool.
Nasab is designed by award-winning Dubai-based architect firm, T.ZED Architects, with the interior design skillfully completed by British renowned interior designer Fran Hickman. As a duo, the two powerful designers have created a space that seamlessly merges old with new, craftsmanship with striking modernity and innovation in design, the natural environment with urban life, a vibrant sense of culture and energy bringing comfort and inspiration to the workspace.
Founder and CEO of KOA, Mohammed bin Zaal, comments: “Our main aim throughout the development of Nasab has been to develop a space where creatives, entrepreneurs and like-minded individuals have a place to set up homes-away-from-home. We believe balance is everything, that’s why wellness facilities and event spaces play an intimate part in our environment. We wanted to create a space that works as a refuge where great things can happen for our members, a place in which they can effectively work as well as dine, attend events, meet like-minded individuals and form collaborations.”
