Located in one of Istanbul’s most exclusive high-rises, this 346 m² residence redefines urban luxury through an immersive composition of steel, glass, and reflection. Designed by interior architect Noyan Berkman, the apartment occupies a prime corner unit in Çiftçi Towers, a landmark project by John McAslan + Partners and ARUP, and offers panoramic views framed by full-length glass walls and a dramatic mirrored ceiling.

Commissioned by a culturally attuned, design-forward client, the space was conceived to feel cinematic by day, atmospheric by night, and always connected to the city. With a master bedroom, guest suite, private gym, and expansive social areas, the apartment functions as a sculptural living environment, balancing bold materiality with curated calm.

At the heart of the space is its signature feature: a custom mirrored ceiling that spans the main living area in a fluid, amorphous form. By day, it reflects the shifting cityscape; by night, it captures Istanbul’s skyline in a dreamlike, endless loop, creating a surreal sense of floating above the city.

Below, brushed stainless steel walls enhance this theatricality, not as decoration but as architectural precision. The result: a dynamic play of light, scale, and surface, where every material is chosen for its ability to reflect, refract, or rhythmically frame the space.

Furnishings echo this philosophy – sculptural yet understated. Custom sofas, chrome and glass elements, and collectible pieces by Poliform, Cassina, Vitray, and Luceplan form a rich material dialogue. Art by Jake Michael-Singer, Christopher Prinz, Sinem Demirci, and others infuse the space with movement and tension.

Every detail, from seating to scent, was curated to support a flowing, sensory experience. The result is a distilled vision of modern luxury: bold yet balanced, expressive yet refined – a true conversation between architecture, art, and atmosphere.
