Real estate developer, Oriental Pearls hosted an extravagant Spring Lantern Festival celebrations at the site of the iconic Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Dubai. The Spring Lantern Festival is observed on the 15th day of the first month in the Chinese calendar and marks the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year festivities. This is the first major event by the developer targeting the high net worth Chinese market, a rapidly growing segment in the UAE for premium residences in prestigious neighbourhoods.

The evening reception featured lion dances and other traditional festivities at the expansive 4.6mnsqft site of the upcoming iconic Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai in Meydan, in the presence of senior dignitaries, members of the Chinese Social Club and other Chinese associations. The project is developing rapidly, with reinforcements and post-tension work in progress on the first floor. Once complete, Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai will offer freehold premium apartments inspired by timeless design, reminiscent of Tonino Lamborghini’s clean lines and dynamic forms with top quality finishes.
