Joe Tabet is a visionary architect with over two decades of global experience in architecture and construction. In 2015, he founded JT+Partners with a small team in a modest +100sqm office in Dubai’s Business Bay. Guided by his strategic vision, mission-driven mindset, and future- focused approach, Joe successfully steered the firm through economic challenges and global disruptions—expanding its footprint to +1000sqm in Dubai and establishing offices in Abu Dhabi and Beirut, while growing the team to more than double its original size.

Joe has built a multicultural, multi-disciplinary team of 125+ professionals from 15+ nationalities, blending diverse experiences to create innovative, culturally sensitive, and globally informed designs. His leadership fosters creativity, collaboration, and adaptability, ensuring that JT+Partners consistently delivers bespoke architectural solutions that reflect both local context and international standards.
