THAT DEFINE EXCELLENCE The year 2025 marked significant milestones in Khalid’s career, with several groundbreaking projects including the award-winning OSUS Eye mixed-use development, which was named Best Mixed-Use Project of the Year at the Construction Innovation Awards. His design expertise for the Numu Business Hub project, which received honours at the Global ESG Awards for its commitment to sustainable communities and green buildings, underlined AJi’s approach to ESG principles, while the Chamber of Commerce Tower in Asharqia, the Dallah Healthcare Complex in Riyadh, and the Marriott Autograph in Al Ula demonstrated his ability to deliver world-class integrated urban environments that are not only innovative but also honours the local cultural context.
