FROM START TO SUCCESS

Tiago Sampaio earned a Master’s in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Lisbon, Portugal, and is certified by the Portuguese Architects Association. His early career included roles in Lisbon-based firms, then a move to the Middle East for project leadership on Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal and major waterfront developments. Progressing through program management, he advanced to regional strategy and an operational direction on high-profile multidisciplinary projects.

Nikki Beach, certified with FitWel and LEED Silver, integrates smart community and irrigation systems, automated solar shading, monitoring, and passive cooling.
