Going back to the food, try the Grilled Avocado with Black Tiger Prawns in Marie rose sauce, Aged Beef Tartare, and lobster in shellfish dressing, to kick start. In hot starters, Woodfire Madagascan Prawn and Tempura Stuffed Courgette is a terrific selection. Main course options must include Miso Barley Grilled Baby Chicken with BBQ onion and mushroom sauce, Chicken Katsu Burger, and Australian Lamb Rack.
