DLR Group’s new office in Dubai Science Park provides architecture, interior design, planning, and specialty services in the Middle East and Africa
Global design firm DLR Group has relocated to a new office on Level 16 of the South Tower in Dubai Science Park Towers, UAE. The firm’s new office in the heart of the dynamic city strategically accommodates the team’s growth and marks significant expansion in the Middle East and Africa.
Designed in-house by DLR Group’s award-winning interior designers, the 970 SM office harmonizes functionality, aesthetics, and comfort. Inspired by hospitality trends, the space combines relaxed living and focused work areas. Panoramic views, neutral materials and subtle details achieve a refined destination.
“Our commitment to design excellence and client success extends beyond architecture; it’s about crafting an environment that inspires our team and elevates the human experience. When designing this new office, we envisioned not just a physical space but a dynamic hub of creativity and collaboration,” said Principal and Middle East Region Director Jamal Salem.
Specializing in hospitality, mixed-use, and interior design since 2016, the firm’s Dubai-based studio has flourished, now comprising over 70 professionals in architecture, interior design, planning, and specialty services. DLR Group’s design influence extends across the Middle East and Africa, marked by pioneering projects such as The Point in Abha, Saudi Arabia; Madinah Gate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Buruj Hotel in Iraq with Modon, and other notable ventures.
