Bishop Design is rebranding its name to something that solidifies its position as the region’s leading cutting edge boutique design company. Under the new name Rogue, the consultancy is welcoming clients of all budgets, asking only that they bring an open-minded, daring approach to creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind spaces together.
Founder and creative director Paul Bishop who launched the firm in 2004, said: “Going ‘Rogue’ is exactly as exciting as I always imagined it would be! Since we first started out to where we are now has been an incredible journey that has allowed us to work with some of the best clients you’d find anywhere in the world, in a city that’s design scene has just erupted in the last decade.”
“In turn, our own design ideologies and approaches have diversified, so-much-so that the ethos of what we do here simply cannot be communicated through a surname. The spaces we have recently created – and those we plan to bring to life in the future – exemplify what we’re all about. It’s time our name did too. So we’ve gone Rogue. Rogue is edgy, cheeky, not afraid to go off-piste. And that is everything we do as a firm.”
Across Bishop Design’s 13-years, the firm has built a vast portfolio of hospitality and commercial projects, having designed scores of world-renowned restaurants, bars and lounges, including Dubai’s Bazxar, Little Black Door and the BOA Lounge & Club.

Paul explained: “These newly designed venues are slightly provocative, cheeky and fun which is a perfect representation of all that Rogue is.”
