Aedas, a leading global architecture firm, has announced one of its latest projects, Rixos Financial Centre Road Dubai Residences. Located in the heart of the city, this iconic development marks the debut of the world’s first Rixos standalone residences. Standing as the second tallest residential tower in Dubai after the Burj Khalifa, this landmark building by Aedas will occupy the last corner plot in Downtown Dubai. The building rises to a height of 329 meters, comprising 2 basement levels, ground floor, five podium levels, and 78 floors.

The building is inspired by simple yet elegant design principles and is divided into three distinct volumes – the Low Zone with 32 floors, the Mid Zone with 27 floors and the High Zone with 12 floors of penthouses and most premium vistas.
