A &T Group Interiors, founded in 2009 with the initials of the founders Atti Abu Assi and Tareq Khalafawi, is a leading interior fit-out contractor with a people-centric core. With a solid and diverse client base, the firm’s extensive portfolio of successful projects includes hotels, restaurants, leisure and entertainment parks, retail stores, and commercial spaces. The company had a busy 2021, which allowed them to expand their operations and teams across several divisions such as civil, design, QS, procurement, and planning. Early 2021 also saw the establishment of a second office in Riyadh, KSA, followed by the acquisition of two new F&B projects in the region. To date, the firm has been awarded 22 turnkey interior fit-out projects across the UAE and KSA in 2021, totalling 120,000sqft and valued at AED60 million. These projects span the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors, and have had a positive impact on the ongoing development of prestigious locations such as Expo 2020, Blue- waters Island, Emaar Fountain Views, The Address Beach Resort, West Palm Beach, Dubai Hills, and The Opus. Among the recently completed projects are Eva Beach House, Ecos Hotel, Basko Dubai, and Sand Restaurant.
