Fit-Out Powerlist 2022 – INNER SPACE INTERIOR DESIGN, Ranks 14th
Inner Space, an award-winning design and build firm founded in 2004, has expanded dramatically over the last 18 years. They have offices in India and Sri Lanka, in addition to their 10,000sqft headquarters on Sheikh Zayed Road. The company is also a licenced EPC (construction) contractor.
Across the Middle East, the team has completed over 1,500 projects for global and local brands. Bentley, Bugatti, McLaren, Lotus, Mitsubishi, MAN Trucks, and Claas are just a few examples of major automotive projects. Despite the challenges of enhanced health and safety protocols amid a raging pandemic in 2021, Inner Space Interior Design com- pleted over 75 medium to large interior projects and transformed an impressive 250,000sqft of space. A key highlight was HH Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s visit to the Noor Energy Visitor Centre and the video he posted on social media. Inner Space has architect- ed, built, designed, and fitted out the 22,000sqft spectacular sand dune shaped Centre, located in the world’s largest solar park named after the Ruler of Dubai.

Inner Space plans to introduce two key solutions in 2022: a high-tech, ergonomic smartpod for hybrid and remote working models. The digital solu- tion, currently known as Hornbill, is intended to transform employee workspaces, collaboration, and wellness. Second, the firm will launch an annual service that will work to keep client spaces well-maintained, highly functional, and always looking their best. Aside from these, plans are in the works to expand into Saudi Arabia.
