MIYA This project’s concept is glitzy and Instagrammable. Throughout the restaurant’s fit-out, the team made certain that furnishings and fixtures reflected the enchantment and beauty of the Cycladic Island.

BLIND TIGER This new modern-era speakeasy showcases fit-out capabilities of KOJ Interiors, with an interesting environment including art-deco meets animal elements, like custom-made tiger flooring and custom made oil painting direct to ceiling and wall covers, to mention a few. This space’s / Warren Gemlik, Group Development Director, KOJ Interiors / lighting strategy includes both architectural and decorative lighting inspired by the twilight sky in a forest. To match this aesthetic, the restaurant has two doors that open to reveal a view of Jumeirah Al Naseem, bringing the outside in and creating an interplay of natural and artificial light.

Matterport is another construction technology used in the team by the fit-out firm; by guiding their clients through the development of the project off-site using 3D scans, they are able to save time, enable quick decision-making for faster project progress, and improve the overall client experience.

Furthermore, by gathering extremely specific information on building sites, it helps KOJ Interiors’ team improve their accuracy and may be used for a number of activities such as design, planning, safety, and documentation.
