The stunning new J1 Beach is set to replace La Mer South as the region’s flagship beach destination, offering visitors a unique and unforgettable experience by the beach.

The J1 Beach is located on approximately 500m of beach front in the suburb of Jumeirah 1, Dubai, and forms a section of two Dubai Development Authority (DDA) plots, which comprise a total area of approximately 103,550sqm. 

J1 Beach will feature three beach clubs, all with regional and international acclaim behind them, and ten upscale, licensed restaurants where guests can dine with stunning sea views from sunrise to sunset.

The area’s construction has already begun, with the new destination set to welcome guests by the end of 2023.
