Dyson recently hosted a networking design event to showcase the latest professional products for businesses from the technology company. Jake Dyson, chief engineer and lighting inventor at Dyson, and the creator of the game-changing CSYS and Cu-Beam LED lights, designed to last an unprecedented four decades, attended the event. His first visit to the region on Dyson business, he was on hand to meet the industry group, which included architects, interior designers and master planners.

Another highlight of the event was the announcement of the prestigious James Dyson Award launching in the UAE this year. The James Dyson Award is an international design award that celebrates, encourages and inspires the next generation of design engineers and it will be officially launched at the upcoming UAE Innovation Month. The Award currently runs in 27 countries, with the launch in the UAE being the first in an Arab country.

On display was the full range of products developed by Dyson for public, leisure and work spaces, including its Airblade technology hand dryers, CuBeam and CSYS LED lights, Dyson Supersonic hair dryers and Dyson Pure Cool air purifiers that can capture up to 99.95% of potentially harmful particles. Apart from their minimalist and contemporary aesthetics, all Dyson Professional products contain unique Dyson-developed technology, which offers industry-leading features while helping to deliver lower running costs and a reduced carbon footprint.
