Kamdar Developments has announced the appointment of Luxedesign (LDV) as the General Contractor for 105 Residences in JVC. The project will be constructed in a prime residential location and has already garnered significant investor interest. In addition, the homegrown construction, design and fit-out specialists have already commenced work on Kamdar Developments’ exclusive luxury villa series in Meydan.

The developer made the selection after a rigorous process, which prioritized the importance of timely delivery and exceptional quality. Completion of 105 Residences is expected in early 2027. By appointing Luxedesign, the residential project which focuses on attainable luxury, can move forward to construction on schedule.
