Light Link opens a new Saudi office, and Johnny Said is appointed to a senior position
Following several major project wins, including commercial premises for pharmaceutical giant Pfizer and global management consulting firm Korn Ferry, lighting design and supply specialist Light Link has opened an office in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, Johnny Said has been named Country Manager for KSA.
Johnny has over 20 years of project management and team management experience in the Middle East. He most recently worked for a large interior contractor for 16 years, covering the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, and Kuwait before relocating to Jeddah full-time.
Jaspal Bal, Founder and Managing Director of Light Link, said: “Over the past 18 months, we have been building on our foundations in the UAE with an increasing number of regional projects. We have seen significant demand in Saudi Arabia and 2023 is the right time to invest in developing those opportunities. We’re extremely pleased to welcome Johnny to the team and have him take the lead, supported by the team in Dubai, as we grow our presence over the coming months.”
Johnny Said, KSA Country Manager, added: “Light Link’s reputation is based on high-quality products and excellent service standards and its capabilities have been quickly recognised in the Kingdom. I am looking forward to working with the team to expand our influence in such a rapidly growing, future-focused market.”
Founded in 2019, Light Link’s services include lighting design and supply, control systems design and supply, WELL testing and commissioning, and full site support.
