Dubai Knowledge Park has welcomed Murdoch University’s expansion to the community, following the launch of its state-of-the-art campus to develop future-ready graduates.

The Australian institute’s 27,000sqft campus is twice as large as its former one and features world-class facilities including a dedicated cybersecurity lab with custom-built systems and education-focussed furniture and interiors to promote a collaborative teaching and learning environment.

Designed by Woods Bagot and constructed by KPS, the campus maximises natural light and boasts a spacious reception area; a large library with quiet study zones; a dedicated student breakout space; state-of-the-art classrooms; ‘touchdown zones’ and creativity-boosting spaces for informal collaboration; and two large octagonal lecture theatres.

The original Dubai campus was launched over a decade ago in Dubai International Academic City and Murdoch University’s expansion to Dubai Knowledge Park has doubled the size of its former site.
