Design Infinity has successfully completed the design and build for AUS Enterprises Innovation Lounge. The project spanning 26,900sqft is a creative co-working space created to provide the client with an excellent workspace for their business needs. The scope of work for this project included both the designing and execution of this co-working space.

“We were commissioned to design flexible plans offering hot desk co-working, fixed desks, private office workspaces accommodating both the individual entrepreneur and more established start-ups. Our initial brief was to design a space in which the client is able to freely think about the more important aspects of running their business and executing their business ideas,” said Geetha Nayak, managing partner of Design Infinity.

“The American University of Sharjah (AUS) approached Design Infinity to revamp the second floor of its offices to develop a stylish and textured space for business professionals. With innovation being at the forefront of Design Infinity, we wanted to create an ambience that lifted the atmosphere of the commercial interiors and create a space like no other. The reputed project is located on the second floor of Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), a massive project that we have recently completed in Sharjah,” – Pratap Mendonca, managing partner of Design Infinity further added.

“The project consists of a reception area and lobby, meeting rooms, phone booths, fixed and flexi offices, break out areas, furnished offices and play areas. Beautifully designed by our in-house design team, the workspace is infused with bright colours to promote energy, creativity and productivity – commented Reena Punjabi, senior project manager, Design Infinity.

With the completion of this project, Design Infinity has successfully designed and executed a creative co-working space, for the business professionals. In December 2020, Design Infinity had completed fit-out works for the Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park (SRTIP); a project which spanned nine months and included the fit-out of a 12,077sqm four-storey project.
