Dilara Ajun, the creative director of ATI Consulants, Architects, and Engineers, is passionate about creating “out-of- the-box” designs and solutions that complement both the user and the company’s identities.

She was named ‘Young Talent of the Year’ at the Architecture Leader Awards 2021. Her distinct style and desire for design excellence have made ATI a preferred partner for many prestigious projects and clients, resulting in a number of prestigious design awards. Ajun, born in Turkey in 1988, earned her bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, in 2011. She has worked in leading development and architecture companies inTurkey during which she pursued her master’s degree in real estate development between 2011-2013.

She furthered her studies to obtain a diploma in Interior design from the University of London in 2015. Throughout her career, she has produced multiple award-winning master plans, architecture, and interior design projects, and her positive ‘nothing is impossible’ spirit resonates through- out the office.

She is currently working on various educational and mixed-use projects around the world, including in the UAE. Some of her recent works include a flagship showroom for BMW, Mini and Rolls Royce on Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai, a university and tech park campus project in Istanbul, a K-12 school in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, a residential high-rise tower in Sharjah as well as one in Dubai, and interior design projects in the UAE and Turkmenistan.
