Over the course of seven years, despite economic down- turns and pandemic challenges, Joe Tabet persevered, developed a vision/mission, planned everything around the future, from business strategy to financial situation, and began looking for work in different geographies and other sectors such as healthcare.

Tabet is a multi-faceted visionary archi- tect with over 20 years of professional experience in the global architecture and construction industry. He founded JT&Partners in 2015, with a small team in a +100sqm office in Business Bay, Dubai. The company became an “overnight success,” gaining recognition as an acclaimed international multi-disciplinary consultant with impressive projects in exotic locations around the world.

JT&Partners grew to more than twice its original size as a result. His initial staff grew to +70, the Dubai office expanded to +300sqm, and the practice expanded to Abu Dhabi and Beirut.

Taking advantage of multi-skilled resources available in the region, Tabet employed people from multicultural backgrounds, of +15 different nationalities with diverse professional experiences. As a result, JT&Partners has an energetic, collaborative, and creative team of innovative individuals with their fingers on the pulse of global architecture and construction, from the latest technologies and trends to the oldest traditions, producing bespoke designs that reflect diversity in culture, experience, and understanding.

He is a firm believer in implementing innovation at multiple levels, including design, business, client approach, project approach, and a strong support team. He employs “unconventional” management strategies to maintain JT&Partners’ rep- utation as a world-renowned consultant, delivering iconic, environmentally and socially sustainable projects around the world while also retaining and expanding his clientele and contacts.

JT&Partners and its projects received awards and recognitions from Cityscape, MEA, Arabian Property, UAE Business Awards, and UAP Dubai. Recently completed projects include hotels in RAK, Sey- chelles and Egypt. Ongoing and upcoming projects include residential towers and villas, hotels, resorts, golf course, water- park, and hospitals in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, RAK, Sharjah, Egypt, Greece and KSA.

The project will be operated by LXR Hotels & Resorts Hilton and comprises exclusive standalone beach/ water villas, a royal villa, a 9-hole golf course, a fitness studio, tennis/paddle courts, multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a private marina, beach club and various fun and play areas for kids, making this island resort the perfect place to get castaway forever.
