Sans Souci Expands Galileo & Branchy Collections With Striking New Formats
Sans Souci is elevating its signature lighting lines – Galileo and Branchy, with an array of new formats

Sans Souci, the renowned Czech lighting brand known for its unique design and innovative approach, proudly announces the expansion of two of its signature product lines: Galileo and Branchy. The latest additions include exceptionally crafted table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces, pendant and new linear suspension formats.
Until now, the Branchy collection featured linear suspension pendants, and Galileo offered pendant lighting exclusively. With this launch, both lines are elevated with new formats that extend their storytelling across more intimate and versatile lighting scenarios.
“This expansion allows our designs to enter a broader range of spaces without losing their narrative power,” says Karel Páral, Global Sales Executive for B2B Development and Nanocoating at Sans Souci. “It’s about creating presence, whether on a grand scale or in the quiet corners of a room.”
Galileo: Light as Discovery

Inspired by the interplay of light and shadow, Galileo transforms lighting into an exploration of perception. At its core, a luminous glass orb radiates light, framed by reflective nanocoated elements that evoke the eternal dance of the sun and moon. Designed by Martin Opl, the expanded line now includes:
- Table Lamp – A compact statement piece ideal for desks or nightstands, its glowing orb and mirrored backdrop explore contrast in a sculptural form.
- Floor Lamp – With its refined verticality, this design brings sophisticated presence to living rooms, lounges, or hospitality spaces.
- Wall Sconce – A sleek composition of light and reflection, perfect for corridors or as part of wall-mounted arrangements.
- Linear Suspension – Newly introduced, this piece aligns multiple glowing orbs in an installation ideal for dining or reception spaces.
Branchy: Where Fire Met Wood

Branchy tells the story of elemental energy, transforming the moment of the first lightning strike into a bold aesthetic language. Designed by William Sawaya, the collection uses elongated, branch-like forms in nanocoated and sandblasted crystal to capture nature’s tension between chaos and control. The expanded range includes:
- Table Lamp – A compact form of refined contrast between metal and glass, offering soft, ambient light with natural inspiration.
- Floor Lamp – An upward-reaching structure that brings elegance and drama to reading corners or open-plan interiors.
- Wall Sconce – Sculptural yet understated, this piece casts a soft glow ideal for intimate spaces or architectural accents.
- Pendant – A striking overhead piece ideal for spaces with high ceilings, dining areas, or as a sculptural focal point in modern interiors.
