He was recently named “Highly Commended Architect” at the Design Middle East Architecture Leaders Awards 2022. He has also received numerous awards, including the WAF 2016 and 2018 in the “Future Residential Projects” category. Habsah also won two AIA awards for best future projects. Habsah’s most recent completed design for the “Desert Nest”, Qatar’s pavilion at Floriade Expo 2022, entered the Guinness Book as the tallest tower made of concrete using 3D printing technology and using sustainable materials. This design was in keeping with Qatar’s vision of turning the desert into greener areas and creating cities that are oases of green.
Habsah’s design philosophy is focussed on the production of architectural projects influenced by local culture, heritage, and identity, with an approach that integrates technology with the natural environment and a strong integration of architecture with landscape.

Throughout the GCC and Africa, he has also designed residential developments, public spaces, hospitality developments, cultural institutions, and healthcare facilities. His architectural concepts and endeavours are always a reflection of his love of diversity and uniqueness.
His long-term goal is to help individuals of all backgrounds to have shelter. He sees his role as an architect as a responsibility to use his influence to design houses in needy areas.
