He has more than 20 years of experience gained in the Middle East. He moved to Dubai in 2004, with Dar Group to contribute to the design and delivery of Jebel Ali Airport and Palm Jumeirah.

Mneimneh joined AECOM, a Fortune 500 company and industry leader, in 2007. He was exposed to global and regional projects where his ability to address complex briefs, passion for design and understanding of cultural diversity paved a way for accelerated career growth. Early in his career with AECOM, Mneimneh moved to London, UK, to support the firm’s work on the award-winning Saadiyat Island master plan, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games masterplan and Rawabi sustainable community in Ramallah in addition to Sir Bani Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
