Over the past 12 months, Paul played a pivotal role in several high-profile projects at Bishop Design. Notable examples include Maiz, a restaurant in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, overseen by HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He also contributed to the creation of a dynamic steampunk-inspired
F&B and entertainment concept for a leading hospitality investment and management company.
