Notable projects currently under design or construction include the 65-floor St Regis Residences near the Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai, the beachfront Address Hotel and branded residences on Al Marjan Island offering resort living in RAK, the park-facing Elvira residential buildings in Dubai Hills, and the 50-floor Creek Waters twin towers on the waterfront in Dubai Creek Harbour, among others in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
