THE GREEN BRIDGE OF BAGHDAD

The Green Bridge of Baghdad stands as a testament to Iraq’s rich history, transforming the Tigris River into an urban park that honors Mesopotamian achievements over 3000 years. This architectural marvel unfolds as a floating urban park with six zones, each dedicated to showcasing different facets of ancient ingenuity.

From the Mulapin zone for astronomers to the IM 67118 zone highlighting mathematical contributions, the bridge becomes an immersive display of Mesopotamian brilliance. Beyond symbolism, it embraces sustainability, featuring urban agriculture in the Farming Path, fragrant flowering bushes in the Scent Path, and water recycling and renewable energy sources.

The Art Space encourages community engagement through a mosaic wall, featuring local and international artists. Together, these elements form a culturally rich environment.
