Tabet founded JT+Partners in 2015, with a small team in a +100sqm office in Business Bay, Dubai.

The company became an “overnight success,” gaining recognition as a renowned international multidisciplinary consultant with spectacular projects in global destinations worldwide.

Over a seven-year period, despite economic downturns and pandemic obstacles, Joe persevered, developed a vision for the firm, organised everything around the future, from business strategy to financial situation, and exploring for work in different geographies andother sectors like healthcare.

JT+Partners grew to more than double its original size as a result. His initial team grew to +70, the company’s Dubai office grew to +300sqm, and the firm expanded its business JT+Partners has an energetic, collaborative, and creative team of innovative individuals with their fingers on the pulse of global architecture and construction, from the latest technologies and trends to the oldest traditions, producing bespoke designs that reflect diversity in culture, experience, and understanding.
